Welcome to Fantasy Tales AI, an interactive storytelling platform. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform.

By creating an account, entering a world, submitting content, or otherwise using Fantasy Tales AI, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Fantasy Tales AI.

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Fantasy Tales AI provides fictional worlds, character interactions, generated narrative responses, persona creation, story memories, community features, sharing tools, and related interactive experiences.

Worlds, characters, dialogue, relationships, scenes, events, and outcomes presented through the platform are fictional.

Available features may differ according to the selected world, language, content category, account access, device, and stage of platform development.

3. User Accounts

You may access Fantasy Tales AI through an officially supported sign-in method.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information where it is required.
• Keep your account and sign-in access secure.
• Protect your device and active login sessions.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account for the purpose of bypassing platform rules, access limits, moderation, or account restrictions.

4. Generated Story Content

Story responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Generated dialogue, descriptions, ideas, names, or scenes may resemble content provided to another user and are not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, sharing, relying on, or using it outside Fantasy Tales AI.

Generated content is provided for fictional storytelling and entertainment. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety, or other professional advice.

Story generation may be limited, refused, interrupted, or adjusted when reasonably required for safety, legal compliance, service quality, or platform availability.

5. Persona, Story Inputs, and User Content

Content you provide may include:

• Persona names, appearances, identities, likes, and dislikes.
• Story messages, actions, choices, and character interactions.
• Display names, avatars, signatures, and public profile details.
• Comments, feedback, reports, images, and other submitted materials.

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your original content.

You must have the necessary rights and permission to submit content belonging to another person.

You grant Fantasy Tales AI a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, display, reformat, translate, and transmit your content only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, deliver story responses, display content you make public, review reports, and comply with legal obligations.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to Fantasy Tales AI.

Please do not submit passwords, verification codes, payment information, government identification numbers, private medical records, confidential business information, or other highly sensitive information.

6. Public Profiles and Community Areas

Public profile fields, comments, likes, signatures, avatars, and other community activity may be visible to other users.

You are responsible for the information and content you choose to publish publicly.

You may not publish another person’s private information without their permission or other lawful authority.

We may remove, hide, or restrict public content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to a report, protect users, or comply with applicable law.

7. Fantasy Tales AI Intellectual Property

The Fantasy Tales AI name, branding, interfaces, original artwork, visual design, written materials, world concepts, character materials, story structures, and related creative content belong to the project owner or the applicable rights holder.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the platform for its intended interactive storytelling purposes.

You may not, without permission:

• Copy or redistribute substantial parts of the platform.
• Sell or commercially exploit protected platform materials.
• Use Fantasy Tales AI branding in a misleading manner.
• Remove ownership, copyright, or legal notices.
• Present an unofficial service as being operated or approved by Fantasy Tales AI.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using Fantasy Tales AI, you must not:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s legal rights.
• Submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, defame, bully, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
• Publish private personal information without lawful permission.
• Use the platform for fraud, scams, phishing, malware, hacking, or identity theft.
• Promote violent extremism, child exploitation, or serious illegal activity.
• Create or distribute non-consensual intimate content.
• Encourage or facilitate serious physical harm or self-harm.
• Use deceptive impersonation to mislead or harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards, account restrictions, or access limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another account.
• Introduce harmful software or disruptive content.
• Scrape, flood, spam, or automate access without permission.
• Create additional accounts to evade restrictions or suspensions.
• Interfere with another user’s access or the normal operation of the platform.

9. Content Categories and Personal Responsibility

Fantasy Tales AI may use content categories or ratings to help organize different story experiences.

Some fictional worlds may contain mature themes, conflict, danger, fear, emotional intensity, violence, disturbing imagery, romance, or other sensitive narrative material.

Content indicators are general guidance and cannot guarantee that every user will consider a story suitable.

You are responsible for selecting experiences appropriate to your preferences and for leaving a world if its content causes discomfort.

10. Fair Access and Usage Limits

Fantasy Tales AI may apply reasonable limits to messages, features, responses, story access, or account activity to maintain fair access and platform stability.

Limits may differ according to the selected experience, account access, available capacity, or future service plans.

You may not manipulate accounts, sessions, devices, or other access methods to bypass these limits.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, test, limit, suspend, replace, or remove features, worlds, characters, languages, interfaces, content, or access methods.

We may perform maintenance or make urgent changes for safety, legal compliance, service quality, or platform stability.

We do not guarantee that every feature, story, language, or experience will remain permanently available.

Some story progress, preferences, or persona information may be stored on your device. This information may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device is reset, or the information is otherwise removed.

12. Paid Features

Fantasy Tales AI may introduce optional subscriptions, premium worlds, expanded story access, cloud features, additional memories, or other paid services.

No payment is required unless a paid feature is clearly offered through an official Fantasy Tales AI page.

Before a purchase, the applicable price, included access, billing period, renewal rules, cancellation process, and refund terms will be presented through the relevant purchase page.

13. Moderation, Restriction, and Termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when:

• You materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.
• Your activity harms or threatens another user.
• Your account is used for fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, or evasion.
• Your activity creates a serious legal or safety risk.
• We are required to act by applicable law or legal process.

Immediate action may be taken where advance notice could increase harm, compromise safety, or interfere with a lawful review.

You may stop using Fantasy Tales AI at any time.

14. External Services

Fantasy Tales AI may rely on external services for account access, hosting, communications, data processing, and story generation.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms, privacy practices, availability, and restrictions of those services.

We are not responsible for an external service’s independent website, policy, outage, suspension, or change in availability, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Fantasy Tales AI is provided on an “as available” basis.

We aim to provide a stable, secure, and immersive experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that every generated response will meet your expectations.

Service performance may be affected by network conditions, device performance, maintenance, external services, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy Tales AI and its project owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

This may include loss of locally stored story progress, interruption of access, or reliance on generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless applicable law requires another forum.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the platform, its features, pricing, safety requirements, or legal obligations change.

The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or another appropriate channel.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform after the revised Terms take effect.
